Experience:
I completed my Beauty & Body Therapy Diploma and CIDESCO International qualification at Mary Reid International School of Beauty. I worked I the beauty industry for a couple of years before side-stepping to focus more on the Health aspect of this industry. I completed a course in Food Nutrition & Diet and then a Diploma in Colonic Hydrotherapy. I set up a small, successful business at home but soon out grew this location so in 2007 opened the Inside & Out Health & Beauty Salon.

Specialising In:
The treatment I focus on is Colonic Hydrotherapy, combining this with valuable nutrional advice and detoxifying programmes, to ensure my clients gain the most effective treatment in a relaxed and pleasant environment.

Personal:
My clients say to me that it shows that I love my job when carrying out their treatments that's because I feel good when my client feels good! However at the end of a busy day in the salon I can't wait to get home to see with my little boy Lachlan, my Chocolate Lab Boo and of course my Hubby Gavin.

We want our clients to feel relaxed and welcome when they visit us then to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated no matter how big or small the treatment may be.
