About 8 years ago I reached a point in my life where I decided there was more to life than just working a 9-5 job! I had always had an interest in holistic therapies and decided now was the time to pursue my interests. I have gradually added to my therapies over the years.

Each of my therapies provide fantastic relaxation and stress reducing benefits in their own rights and I enjoy each and every one of them! Each appointment can be tailor made to suit your particular requirements, i.e. for an hour's appointment you could choose 1/2 hour Massage and 1/2 Reflexology.

Personal:
When I'm not busy with work I'm a busy mum of 2 fantastic kids!

Business "Inside&Out":
This is the first time I have worked within a salon environment and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. All the girls are extremely friendly, warm and we all work well together as a team.
